      FINISHED IN 1-2 DAYS

      Our garage floor coating installs are typically completed within 1-2 days. Epoxy flooring goes through a ‘curing’ process that may take several hours in between coats. For this reason, we may require a couple of days in most cases, to fully install your new floor correctly. Although, there are some instances where our technicians may be able to finish your new epoxy floor in one day. In certain weather conditions, epoxy coatings do cure faster, such as installing epoxy flooring in the summer in Phoenix, Arizona. In this case, the high temperatures may allow each coat to cure quickly and it’s possible our technicians will be able to complete the project in one day.

      PROFESSIONAL PREPARATION

      Our main form of preparation is diamond grinding, which extends the life of your floor by giving you the greatest adhesion possible. A diamond grinder uses specially formulated blades to rip and tear the old grease-filled concrete. This removes the top layer of the concrete in the cleanest way possible. Diamond grinding produces a coarse profile while removing any deteriorated or weak concrete, leaving the surface immediately ready for coating. In order to prevent peeling and chipping, you should never accept acid washing or power washing as appropriate preparation for concrete coatings. The rougher the concrete is after a diamond grind, means the more edges the coating will have to latch and bond to.

      INDUSTRIAL GRADE EPOXY

      If you have ever had an epoxy flooring service done before, you may have noticed that older epoxy systems tend to chip and peel over time and can also become yellowed when exposed to sunlight. Our proprietary epoxy/polyurethane material combination will never chip or peel up off the floor. If this were to ever happen, your floor would be repaired free of charge. Our material is also UV resistant to sunlight, yellowing or fading. Epoxy Werx only uses 100% solids industrial grade material, which means we are going to install the same material on your garage floor that is used on airplane hangar floors, auto mechanic shop floors etc. These floors are extremely tough!

      This is an odd review because I was not able to have a flooring done by Epoxy Werx. This is a review to speek to the nobility and professionalism of Epoxy Werx I had set up an appointment with a different flooring company 2 days before my scheduled appointment that company ghosted me so I call Werx. I set an appointment with Werx got everything scheduled. After all of that was done my original company called me back after 2 weeks of being MIA. During that time I had tried to contact them several times. Anyway Unfortunately they were able to work in the time fame that I needed. No fault to Werx at all, my scheduled just too far behind. So I called Werx to cancel what they had set up for me. All I can say is what a great company, even though I had to cancel with them, the experience was great, no shaming, no threatening, just a sorry I hope we can work again together later. Realy it was refreshing. Not a normal review but I will happily take future business to them.

The estimate process was extremely simple, which only required me taking a few photos of my current garage floor, and picking out my new color. They started the project 4 days later, brought in high-end equipment to complete the project in only 72 hours. Throughout the project, their communication was exceptional!
